I do not fear death .I have been very close to death. When I became very ill.Every day I was deterating and helpless. At that time the situation was not good.I was 49 reaching 50 ,finally with the help with the hospital doctor and God ,I really got over this. My pulse rate was not normal. When he tried to bring it down. After a month my pulse rate was very low. The doctor stopped all my medications. It took me four years to get my health back. From then my life has changed.I pray to God when I die it must just happen 🙏 ✨️💕

Deepak confuses gender and sexual orientation. He also says trans people exist and need to be understood as part of the human experience. Then he says there is no separation of mind and body. In fact, that is what being trans is all about. A trans person's body in terms of gender just does not fit who they feel they are. There is disconnect between how they want to be and perceive themselves, and their bodies. Deepak does not get to bottom of that and how it relates to our spiritual life. Very disappointing.

THOUGHTS ARE PROGRAMMED ever asked why a thought occurs frequently ? Its like social algorithm , the way we get to see what we watch and those particular genre appears in youtube Similarly,when a thought appears the brain initially doesnt know whether its mine or someone elses but if we pay attention then brain gets the hint that this type of thoughts are what "my beholder 'wants and the same thing comes again and again and we keep on paying attention>Later,it becomes obsessive and we term them as "Overthinking" The solution to it- 1- to let the thoughts flow in and just observe them as Deepak sir mentioned ,Source Vedant "Intellect seperates the observer being observed' I would like to interprete it as observing the thoughts and thinking nothing,we often consider the thoughts the "observer " and we are being" observed "whereas its the complete opposite Thoughts are the one which should "observed " by us . 2- Following KT Byrons method ,for those who missed or forgot that part it is a# stp process Firstly,ask your whether the thought is yours or it is just brains recycled or recollected thoughts Secondly,ask yourself whether its true or false and measure your answer within a scale of 100 Lastly,ask what would be your identity without that thought

To the original question, it’s not a “mental issue” in the sense of the trans person just “choosing” to be trans-though I do believe we are misleading some young people into making that as a choice prematurely before they have finished the adolescent process of finding out who they are sexually-and if it is a “mental” issue, it’s no more mental than a straight person thinking they are straight just because of their secondary sexual characteristics. It’s all mind anyway-doesn’t matter what your orientation is. But each of us needs to express the unique identity-the form-we have been given. If that form, gender wise, is trans, then we should honor and support that choice. This is a separate issue from being on guard against a fetishization of sexual identity that denies are spiritual identity. This, too, is a problem in our current time that helps explain why suddenly a much larger percentage of young people than has ever been historically true, are identifying as “trans”-some of this may well reflect gender confusion rather than gender identity.
